How to Reserve a Tour

To make a reservation, stop in or call our shop at (603) 559-1000. We require a credit card to make a reservation and recommend advance booking to ensure yourself a spot. We do not charge your credit card until you arrive.

Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel your trip or kayak rental, or reduce the number of people in your party, a 48- hour cancellation notice is required. Cancellations will not be accepted via email. We reserve the right to cancel any trip or rental due to inclement weather. Kayaking is a water sport so we will not cancel or refund a tour due to rain.

-No shows will be charged 100% of the rental or tour value.

-Corporate groups must cancel one week prior to the scheduled tour

When to Arrive

We do leave promptly at the scheduled time of departure. You must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to departure to fill out paperwork.

What to Wear

We recommend that all renters and tour participants wear closed toe shoes, and polyester or nylon clothes. For rainy and cold weather we advise an insulating layer and a light raincoat. Avoid cotton and denim . When wet, cotton does not provide warmth.

What Else to Bring

Water, Snack, Sunscreen, Sunglasses and a change of Clothes.
